Mr Edward’s Alehouse and Kitchen is situated on the corner of Edward and Margaret Street where our guests can enjoy a great inner city atmosphere. We have a large inside and outside area perfect all year round for social gatherings, functions, Friday afternoons and simply catching up with friends.

The vision was clear for us; create a location where quality craft beer, Modern Australian eats and city life go hand in hand. Everyone is welcome at Mr Edward’s and we want you to feel at home here and enjoy the hospitality on offer.

Our supremely talented Head Chef Loic Diot, who originates from France, will ensure your taste buds are more than satisfied upon departure. Our focus is not relying on the next big fad but to ensure Mr Edward’s continues to be a household name in the city of Brisbane for quality, creativity and good old fashioned customer service.

Our take on a modern gastropub also features charcuterie, slow cooked meats as well as traditional alehouse offerings. Our beverage menu offers an extensive selection of craft beer, fine wine, cocktails and top quality spirits.
